Tonight Matt and I are looking forward to attending Hastings College performance of James and the Giant Peach. The college is a great place for residents and visitors alike to find excellent musical and theatrical performances in the Hastings area.
This month is busy with performances throughout the community on the weekends. Last weekend was a performance by the Chorus of the Plains, a local barbershop chorus. This weekend James and the Giant Peach and next weekend is the Chamber's 70's Variety Show and the Taste of Hastings. The following weekend is a performance in our local acoustic venue called the Listening Room.

Friday, Nov. 9 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 10 at 1:30 and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1:30 p.m., in Scott Studio Theatre.
